Carley Stanley serves as the Worship Director and Administrative Assistant, bringing a heart for worship and a gift for organization to everything she does. She leads with authenticity, creativity, and a deep desire to help people encounter God through music and meaningful moments. Carley also supports the day‑to‑day operations of the church with excellence and care.

Barb Thorton serves as the Children’s Director, bringing a joyful, nurturing spirit to everything she does. She is passionate about helping kids learn about Jesus in a fun, safe, and engaging environment where they feel loved and valued.

Steve Seyler leads production with a blend of technical skill, creativity, and a calm, steady presence. He oversees all audio, lighting, and service recording, ensuring every moment is captured with clarity and excellence. He loves building systems that run smoothly and creating meaningful worship moments through excellence behind the scenes.

Pastor Ron Overly leads the Senior Adults Ministry with warmth, wisdom, and a deep commitment to shepherding people well. His ministry experience shines through in the way he teaches, encourages, and walks alongside seniors, creating a community where every person feels valued and spiritually supported. With a gentle spirit and a genuine love for people, Pastor Ron helps senior adults stay connected, grow in their faith, and continue living out their God‑given purpose within the Lifesprings family.
